OU Notified of Third-Party Vendor Data Breaches

The University of Oklahoma has been notified by two of our vendors, the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) and Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association (TIAA), that they were impacted by a cybersecurity event involving MOVEit Transfer, a third-party tool used by both vendors. The university is working to determine the impact on OU student, employee, or retiree information. Financial assistance available through our office includes scholarships, grants, loans, student employment, and veteran's services. All students are encouraged to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), even if the need for federal aid is unknown.
