CARES Act Application is Now Closed
The CARES Act application for emergency funds has closed and no new applications are being accepted. The University will distribute any remaining CARES Act emergency financial aid grant funds directly to eligible applicants. Final disbursements are presently being calculated.
Under the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security (CARES) Act, the University of Oklahoma was awarded funds to help students dealing with financial hardships caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. BURSAR OPERATIONS EFFECTIVE MONDAY, JUNE 8, 2020
The Bursar’s Office and the ID Card Office will be providing staffing for the following services between the hours of 8 am – 5 pm Mondays through Fridays:

Change for departments is available at the following BancFirst locations:
1111 N. Lincoln Blvd (10th & Lincoln)
1200 Children’s Ave (Inside Children’s Hospital)
Access to URP 865 continues to be limited and the exterior door may not be manned to provide access to visitors beginning Monday, 3/30/2020.
Phone numbers will be posted on a sign on the URP 865 front door, please call the appropriate phone number and one of our staff will assist with entry to the building.
The Bursar's Office provides student account and billing information; receives payments for tuition, fees and other miscellaneous campus charges; provides collection of delinquent accounts; and coordinates student loans and other means of financial aid.
We also provide cashier and cash receipting services for departments and employees as well as managing the OneCard ID Office at The University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center.
