Return of Federal Loan Funds

Students and/or parents should complete this form when returning federal loan funds. A completed Return of Loan Funds form and the corresponding payment must be submitted together. Access here

Private loan funds cannot be returned using this form and must be returned directly to the lender by the borrower.
