Cost Sharing
Cost share refers to the portion of project expenses not covered by the grant or contract funding, which must be provided by the grantee or contractor. It is a financial commitment to ensure that both parties have a stake in the success of the project. Cost shared salary must be certified the same as direct expensed salary and is included in the effort statement.
